Register for Dance Classes for the 2011-2012 Season by contacting the Arts Council office at 231-627-5432.
School of Dance
The Cheboygan Area Arts Council has been conducting Dance Classes at The Opera House since 1986, under the direction of Judith Reichlin. Miss Judith gives instruction in ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, and modern dance. As many as 50 of her current students have taken more than one dance class per session during the season.

| Ballet | Character |
Three ten-week sessions are held during each academic year, beginning the second week of September. Classes are held Monday through Thursday beginning at 4:00pm and running until approximately 9:00pm. Class size is limited to ten students. Dance classes are billed at $6.00 per hour or $60.00 per ten-week session.

It is the goal of both the Cheboygan Area Arts Council to provide high quality instruction and promote appreciation for the art of dance by creating an atmosphere of discipline while guiding young people into the world of dance and all its opportunities.
