Box Office Information & Policies

The Opera House Box Office is open Tuesday through Friday of each week, from 9:30am to 4:30pm. During weeks of performances, the Box Office is also open on Mondays and Saturdays, from 10:00am to 4:00pm. On days of performances, the Box Office re-opens one and 1/2 hour before curtain time. On Sundays, hours are from Noon until Curtain, determined by time of performance.

All seats for the majority of performances are reserved. Tickets on hold must be paid for three days in advance of the day of performance or they will be released pending notification. Patrons are asked to pick up their tickets no less than fifteen minutes prior to Curtain. All performances begin promptly. As a courtesy to both the audience and performers, we reserve the right to refrain from seating latecomers until an appropriate break in the performance.

In the event of a sell-out, a waiting list will be taken in The Box Office, and any tickets, unpaid under special conditions, that have not been picked up fifteen minutes prior to curtain will be resold unless prior arrangements have been made.

The Opera House is barrier free, with access to the theatre from the elevator located at the entrance to City Hall, off the parking lot.

No Beverages or Candy (except packaged candies sold through the Café) are permitted in the theatre.

The operating of cameras and recording devices is strictly prohibited by copyright laws. You are asked to turn off all cellular phones and pagers before a production begins.
